A video featuring me was uploaded to TikTok without my consent. I do not have a TikTok account of my own, yet I can supply clear evidence that I am the person in the clip and that I never granted permission. I have already used TikTok’s in-app reporting system but, so far, the content remains live.

I am looking for someone who understands TikTok’s privacy, copyright and DMCA procedures and can push the takedown through the correct channels—whether that means a privacy violation claim, a copyright/DMA notice, or direct correspondence with TikTok’s legal team.

As with this video I have received a number of threats from it and that it is inciting violence.
