We're a logistics company, and we're looking for people to test our website and customer portal the way a real user would. Our customers use the portal to track shipments, book deliveries, and download documents, so the scenarios you'll test are practical: tracking a shipment, changing a delivery address, finding an invoice, or checking a delivery status.
The work is straightforward: you follow a scenario we give you, go through it step by step, and note anything that feels confusing, slow, or broken. You don't need to fix anything, just describe what happened clearly enough for the team to reproduce it.
We care more about careful observation and clear writing than about technical experience. If you notice when something is off, can describe the steps you took, and write in plain language, you'll fit in well. Training takes about an hour, and we review your first reports before you work independently.
On a typical task you'll read the scenario, go through it on the site or portal, and note each step where something went wrong or felt unclear. You'll describe what you expected, what actually happened, and the steps to reproduce it, then add a screenshot if it helps. Anything that blocks the scenario entirely, such as a page that won't load or an order that can't be found, you flag to the team lead right away.
What matters to us: careful observation, clear and short writing, patience to go through the same scenario more than once, comfort using a browser and a phone, and reliability, meaning you meet agreed deadlines and describe what you saw rather than what you think should happen.
What you get: flexible hours you can plan around your day, remote work from anywhere, clear scenarios and a report template, feedback on your first reports, and ongoing part-time work with a steady flow of tests.
