Hiring: Remote Business Development Representative / Software Sales Partner
We are building a small software development agency specializing in custom web applications, internal business systems, SaaS solutions, and AI integrations using Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Laravel, and PostgreSQL.
We are looking for an experienced remote Business Development Representative, SDR, or Software Sales Representative.
This is not only a lead-list-building role.
Responsibilities:
Identify suitable B2B prospects
Conduct personalized LinkedIn, email, or phone outreach
Follow up and qualify potential clients
Conduct initial discovery conversations
Understand the client's business problems and basic project requirements
Review requirements with our technical team
Help maintain client communication until a proposal or project opportunity is established
Our technical team will handle architecture, estimation, pricing, development, and delivery.
Preferred experience:
Software development sales
SaaS sales
IT consulting sales
AI or digital-transformation services
B2B technology sales
Discovery calls and requirement gathering
We will begin with a small paid pilot. A longer-term opportunity may be available if the collaboration works well.
