Remote Recruiting Assistant in our short-term rental operation

I need support sourcing Airbnb-savvy property managers for several new roles in our short-term rental operation. Your day will revolve around three outreach channels:

• Social media platforms
• Job boards
• Online networking events

Within those spaces you will identify professionals who already handle listings and understand the nuts and bolts of the Airbnb dashboard—calendar sync, pricing automation, dispute resolution and performance metrics. Once you spot a match, you’ll start the conversation, explain our vacancy, gather a current CV and note any evidence of hands-on technical skill with the platform.

All collected profiles should be logged in a shared spreadsheet that includes contact information, relevant experience highlights and your quick assessment of their Airbnb proficiency. I’ll review the shortlist and take the final interview from there.
