Remote PC Setup Support Specialist

Job Description

I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy IT support specialist for a part-time position. I will ship a computer to you, and you will be responsible for receiving it, setting it up, and helping me connect to and access it remotely.

Responsibilities

Receive the computer shipped to you.

Set up the computer and ensure it is functioning properly.

Configure the internet connection and necessary system settings.

Set up secure remote access so I can connect to and use the computer remotely.

Test the connection and troubleshoot technical issues.

Communicate with me throughout the setup process and provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must currently reside in the United States.

Experience with computer setup, Windows, networking, and remote-access software.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.

Willingness to receive and handle shipped computer equipment.

Available for part-time work and occasional technical support.
