Remote Part-Time Consultant – Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Projects (Persian Speaking)

**Location:** Remote, based in selected Asian markets **Engagement:** Part-time, project-based, with occasional travel across Asia ### About the Role We are seeking experienced Iranian professionals based in Asia with a background in oil and gas, petrochemicals, or process engineering to support technical and industrial projects across the region. The role combines technical consulting, industrial equipment procurement, supplier identification, and project implementation support. The ideal candidate will bridge local market knowledge with technical expertise to help identify suitable equipment, connect with reliable suppliers, and support project execution across different Asian markets. ### Key Responsibilities * Identify and evaluate suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial process equipment. * Support technical procurement by reviewing equipment specifications, technical documentation, and supplier proposals. * Provide technical insights and practical recommendations for project implementation, equipment selection, and operational requirements. * Coordinate with local suppliers, engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. * Conduct market research, assess supplier capabilities, and support commercial negotiations where required. * Assist with site visits, technical meetings, and project coordination, including occasional travel within Asia. ### Candidate Profile * Native Iranian / Persian-speaking professional currently residing in Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan or Turkey. * Degree or professional qualification in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Relevant experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical refining energy or industrial equipment sectors. * Practical knowledge of industrial equipment technical specifications procurement processes or project execution. * Established supplier contacts or familiarity with the local industrial supply chain is a strong advantage. * Strong communication research coordination and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in English is required; Persian is essential.
