We are seeking detail-oriented Listing & Guest Coordinators to manage property listings and guest communications for a remote property-management operation.
Key Responsibilities: Publish and maintain property listings; keep calendars, rates, and descriptions accurate; respond promptly to guest inquiries (within 6 hours); monitor reviews.
Requirements: Active experience using booking platforms (Airbnb preferred, or Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia) either as a guest or host. Strong written English and independent remote work skills.
Eligibility: Candidates must reside in North America, South America, EU countries, the UK, New Zealand, or Australia.
Compensation: Full-time (£1,300 base up to £2,000 max with bonuses) or Part-time (£650 base up to £1,000 max with bonuses) paid in GBP.
