Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Publish job openings across multiple job portals and social media channels.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong lead generation and candidate outreach skills.
Confidence communicating with both domestic and international clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, business development, SaaS, IT services, or Web3 is preferred.
Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 is an advantage (training will be provided if required).
