Remote Email & Calendar Assistant

I need a dependable virtual admin who can step in each day to keep my Gmail inbox organized and my Google Calendar up-to-date. Your primary focus will be filtering incoming messages, drafting or sending routine replies that follow my guidelines, and locking in appointments so I never miss an important call or meeting. Full take-over authority isn’t required; you’ll simply handle the everyday traffic and scheduling, while escalating anything that needs my personal attention.

To keep things smooth we will work entirely inside Gmail and Google Calendar, so familiarity with labels, filters, and event settings is essential. Clear written Indonesian and English will help when you reply to clients, but concise, professional tone matters more than perfect grammar.

Key deliverables:
• Daily inbox triage with priority tags
• Routine email responses sent under my guidelines
• Appointment confirmations and calendar invites created or updated in Google Calendar
• End-of-day summary noting actions taken and items that need my review
