I’m looking for an experienced, reliable customer-service professional who can work from home at $30 per hour on a fully flexible schedule. Your core responsibility will be to keep our customers happy and informed across every channel they choose.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:
• Answer inbound phone calls courteously and resolve issues on the first touch.
• Respond to customer emails with clear, concise solutions and proper CRM notes.
• Handle real-time live chat, maintaining a friendly, upbeat tone.

You’ll be switching between our cloud-based CRM, standard email platform, and VoIP phone system, so confidence with these tools is essential.
