What You’ll Do

Provide clients with clear information about available products, coverage options, and benefits

Respond to customer questions and deliver a positive, professional experience

Stay knowledgeable on current products, services, and benefit programs

Review client needs and help identify options that may improve coverage or reduce costs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred

Strong ability to connect with people and build trust

Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
