ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a few reliable people to help us answer incoming messages from users on our website. People write to us with simple questions about orders, appointments, and payments, and your job is to reply using ready-made templates we provide. There's no creative work involved: you read the message, pick the right template, and send the reply.
This suits someone who wants a simple, flexible way to earn from home, in their spare time, or while travelling. Training takes about five minutes and no previous experience is needed. There's no resume, no interview, and no test.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Check the incoming chat messages assigned to you during your shift.
Reply to users using the approved templates we provide.
Pass anything unusual or complex to the team instead of answering it yourself.
Keep a short log of how many conversations you handled.
