Remote Busy Software & Sales Support

I need one reliable professional who can comfortably wear two hats from day one: set up our complete business profile and, once that foundation is in place, switch into day-to-day sales assistance while keeping our books current in Busy Accounting Software.

You will log directly into my workstation through AnyDesk or TeamViewer for every session, so proven ease with live remote-desktop collaboration is essential. All work—from creating ledgers and inventory masters in Busy to drafting product descriptions, handling enquiries, and updating prospect lists—happens on my screen in real time.

We will track and pay strictly by the hour; I am flexible on the rate for the right person who consistently shows up on time, communicates clearly, and protects my data.

Acceptance criteria:
• My Busy company file is fully configured, balanced, and reflects current inventory, ledgers, and opening balances.
• The business profile you build is client-ready, with polished branding details and sales collateral saved to our shared folders.
• You can demonstrate a smooth remote workflow that never interrupts my local tasks.
