We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, establish institutional partnerships, acquire customers, and close sales.

- Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines and independently close individual and institutional sales.
- Develop long-term vendor relationships and secure repeat purchasing agreements.
- Schedule qualified business meetings with the founder for major contracts and strategic partnerships.

### 2. Sales Outreach & Customer Acquisition

### 3. Social Media Marketing & Customer Service
- Manage customer engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Contact physicians, nurses, medical students, and allied health professionals to introduce JACKS products.
- Promote exclusive discounts, referral programs, and brand ambassador opportunities.
- Respond promptly to product inquiries, sizing questions, order requests, and customer concerns.
- Support content scheduling, influencer collaborations, and brand awareness initiatives.

### 4. Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide occasional executive assistance to the founder.
- Coordinate Zoom meetings with qualified business prospects and institutional decision-makers.
- Prepare sales proposals, business correspondence, and meeting summaries.
- Assist with order coordination, customer records, and follow-up communications.
- Submit weekly reports detailing sales activity, leads, conversions, meetings, and revenue generated.

## Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, or a related field; equivalent demonstrated sales success may be considered.
