Remote Bilingual Appointment Setter

I’m expanding my team at Proteína Digital and need a bilingual closer who can turn warm leads into paid bookings for a variety of U.S. dental, medical, and wellness clinics. You’ll be speaking with a mix of different clinic patients, so clear, friendly communication in both English and Spanish is essential.

Your day-to-day
• Call and text patients to confirm prepaid appointments and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Close 15–20 appointments per day using proven phone and messaging techniques.
• Follow up so patients actually show up, rescheduling when needed.
• Record every touchpoint in GoHighLevel and process payments in Stripe or Square.

What matters most
• Demonstrated success closing appointments over phone and text.
• Fluent, conversational English and Spanish with a sales-driven mindset.
• Reliability, consistency, and a positive attitude.

Compensation
You’ll start with a fixed monthly base (~$315 USD). Each confirmed appointment pays an extra $3 USD, so hitting daily targets can raise your monthly earnings by roughly $1,000 USD.
