I’m looking for a dependable remote partner to own all guest communication for my Airbnb, with an emphasis on organising a smooth, in-person key hand-off at both check-in and check-out.

What you’ll handle
• Monitor the Airbnb inbox and reply promptly to every message, from the first enquiry through to departure.
• Coordinate and confirm the in-person key exchange with my local greeter, keeping guests updated on timing and any last-minute changes.
• Record each confirmed hand-off in our shared calendar so everyone stays aligned.

I’ll supply detailed house rules, templated responses, photos, and the greeter’s contact information. Expect a one-month paid trial; if our communication scores stay at five stars we’ll extend to a long-term collaboration.
