Reinstall EL7 Server With Remote Access

I have a physical server in my office that needs a clean start. I want the drives reformatted and a fresh Enterprise Linux 7 installation (CentOS 7 / RHEL 7 family) running the 3.10-series kernel. Once the system is up, I must be able to reach it from anywhere on the internet through PuTTY using secure SSH.

You will have out-of-band console or iKVM access to perform the work. Please handle the full reinstall, verify the kernel version at boot, configure the network for its public IP behind my router, and harden SSH so only key-based logins are allowed.

Deliverables
• EL7 installed and booting the latest stable 3.10.x kernel
• Networking and firewall rules that allow secure SSH from the internet
• Key-based SSH configured and tested via PuTTY
• A quick hand-off session where I connect remotely and run ‘uname -r’ to confirm the kernel

That’s it—once I can log in from an external network and see the correct kernel, the job is complete.
