I’m looking for a hands-on compliance specialist who can help me tighten every link in our documentation chain—from India-specific export gateways right through to global food-safety certifications.

Here is the landscape you’ll be working with: we currently file through ICEGATE, hold an IEC, and interact regularly with APEDA. Internally, we follow ISO 22000, HACCP and basic GMP, but our manuals, SOPs and Certificates of Analysis need a thorough overhaul. On the global front, I need a clear roadmap that keeps us on track for USFDA, NPOP/USDA/EU Organic and Halal/Kosher audits.

Deliverables I expect:
• A step-by-step documentation roadmap that links export workflows, factory standards and certification milestones in one coherent timeline.
• A line-by-line review (and gap log) of existing compliance files—MSDS, CoO, CoA—highlighting what stays, what goes and what must be updated.
• Practical support that leaves us genuinely audit-ready, including mock-audit checklists and corrective action guidance.

To move forward quickly, please outline any direct experience you have with ICEGATE submissions, APEDA liaison, or implementing ISO 22000/HACCP in Indian facilities, plus examples of successful certification audits you have steered.

The more specific your past results, the faster we can lock in milestones and get started.
