Registered Valuer: Software Valuation

I need a registered valuer to produce a defensible valuation of an enterprise-grade compliance software platform. The exercise is driven by regulatory compliance requirements, so the report must stand up to audit review and satisfy the relevant statutory guidelines in my jurisdiction.

You will analyse the product’s code base, IP ownership, revenue model, licence terms and market position, then apply recognised valuation techniques—typically a mix of discounted cash flow and relief-from-royalty—to arrive at a well-reasoned figure. All workings, assumptions and sources must be clearly documented and the final report signed in your capacity as an accredited valuer.

Deliverables:
• Full valuation report (PDF) with executive summary, methodology, detailed calculations and conclusion
• Supporting worksheets in Excel (or equivalent)
• Formal declaration of independence and accreditation details
