I have a PDF that has to become an editable Word file while keeping its current structure intact. The main goal is a clean layout transfer, not simply copying and pasting the text. In particular, every table and multi-column section must appear in Word exactly as it does in the PDF, ready for immediate editing.
Source material: a single PDF (under 20 pages) that mixes standard paragraphs with several data tables and two-column text blocks. No new elements are required beyond what already exists, so you can ignore hyperlinks, footnotes, or extra page-number fields.
Deliverable:
• One DOCX file with all tables and column layouts preserved and fully editable.
The job is considered complete once the Word version opens without font substitutions, the tables align correctly on every page, and column breaks match the original PDF.
