Refinish Rusted Patio Railing

I have a mild-steel railing that frames our first-floor patio and the staircase down to the garden. The metal is structurally sound but shows some deep rust spots that need attention. Your task is to grind away every trace of rust, apply a rust-inhibiting treatment, follow with a quality primer, and finish everything in a smooth white satin coat.
The patio boundary consists of four sections —265 cm, 350 cm, 116 cm, and 170 cm—at a uniform height of 70 cm, plus an additional 385 cm that follows the stairs to ground level. Photos are attached.
I’m looking for a clean, even result: no visible rust, flaking, brush marks, or thin spots once the satin finish cures. Please let me know the prep methods you prefer (wire wheel, flap discs, chemical converters, etc.), the primer and paint systems you trust for exterior mild steel, and how long you’ll need for curing between coats so we can keep the walkway usable.
Deliverables:
• All rust fully removed or neutralised
• Two-part (or equivalent) inhibitor applied where needed
• Primer coat and two finish coats in white satin
• Site left tidy with surrounding surfaces protected throughout the job
If you have recent railing restorations in your portfolio, kindly send a few before-and-after shots and outline the products you used—this will help me decide quickly. I’m ready to start as soon as we align on schedule, price and materials.
