I have a short draft for our main company phone greeting and I’d like a native-sounding female voice with a clear, polished English accent to bring it to life. The tone must stay professional and formal, reflecting the way we greet partners and clients.

Your first task will be to tighten the wording: smooth out the phrasing, check grammar, and make sure the message flows naturally when spoken. Once the script is approved, please record the greeting in a quiet, treated environment so there’s no background noise, pops, or hiss.
