Refine Glou’s UX & Flows

Glou is live and already helping users rehearse interviews and startup pitches with AI feedback, but several usability snags are holding it back. My priority is to tackle those pain-points without tearing everything down. I’m hearing that navigation feels confusing, tasks take too many steps, and some screens don’t look or behave consistently. I’d like you to step in, review the current Figma file and staging build, and propose pragmatic tweaks that keep our brand and component library intact while making the product feel effortless.

Scope
• Audit the existing journeys with a sharp eye on usability.
• Map and streamline the most tangled flows—especially where users jump between practice, feedback, and progress tracking.
• Replace cluttered layouts with clearer hierarchy, align typography and spacing, and iron out any mismatched interaction patterns.
• Deliver revised, developer-ready Figma frames for the screens we agree to update, along with notes and redlines so engineering can slot them straight into sprint.

What I need to see from you
Links or case studies showing how you’ve improved SaaS or AI tools before—particularly where you replaced confusing steps with cleaner flows and measurable uplift.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the engagement complete when the updated Figma pages are handed over, each annotated with your rationale, and the new flows are simple enough to walk a first-time user through successfully in under five minutes.
