Referral Partner for BrightReels Media

BrightReels Media builds websites and short-form video for local service businesses. We are hiring independent referral partners in the United States to introduce us to businesses that need a website or a serious online upgrade. You do quality, compliant outreach. Our team handles the sales call and delivery.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS AND DELIVERABLES
- Contact businesses using phone numbers and lead lists we provide (manual live cold calls only unless we approve another method in writing)
- Contact Facebook groups only when that group clearly allows vendor or service outreach
- Use our approved scripts and talk tracks
- Qualify interest and book a short discovery call or warm handoff to BrightReels
- Daily reporting of any changes on days you work through the platform messages or the shared Google Spreadsheet we invite you to after hire
- Quality standards: accurate notes, honest pitch, no spam, professional tone
- Weekly targets for dials or group touches and qualified bookings are set after onboarding

PAY
- You earn $200 USD per referral when the business you referred successfully purchases through Stripe (first qualifying payment), after we verify attribution
- Pay through this platform after verification when the platform requires it, unless we later agree in writing to another compliant arrangement
- No pay on non-compliant leads

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Clear spoken English and confident phone manner
- Comfortable cold calling local businesses
- Able to follow scripts and compliance rules exactly
- Professional Facebook group etiquette and written communication
- Reliable, organized, and honest reporting
- Appointment-setting or sales outreach experience preferred

HOW WE LIKE TO WORK
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee
- We provide numbers, scripts, offer details, and feedback
- US-focused role
- Quality over volume: spam or rule-breaking ends the contract

COMMUNICATION
- Apply and communicate through this platform until a contract starts
- After hire: daily reporting of any changes through platform messages or the shared Google Spreadsheet
- Ask before inventing pricing, guarantees, or legal claims

LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE (REQUIRED)
- You must sign our Independent Contractor / Referral Partner Agreement before outreach. We will share it when the contract starts: https://brightreelsmedia.online/legal/referral-partner-agreement.html
- Complete IRS Form W-9 before any payment (US persons). That is your tax ID form for contractors. It is not an employment form. After year-end, if required, we issue Form 1099-NEC showing what we paid. You do not sign a 1099 to join.
- CAN-SPAM if email is approved: accurate sender, honest subjects, working unsubscribe
- No SMS or autodialed / prerecorded calls without required consent
- Honor Do Not Call and telemarketing rules; scrub numbers we flag
- Use only lists and numbers we provide, or sources you obtain legally. No scraped personal data. No purchased spam lists sold as opt-in.
- Facebook: only groups that allow this outreach. No mass DMs. No fake BrightReels official pages. Disclose you are an independent referral partner for BrightReels Media
- No false claims, fake urgency, or pretending to be Google, Meta, government, or the business vendor
- Breaking these rules ends the contract with no referral pay on non-compliant leads
