Redraw 1970s Architectural House Plans in AutoCAD

I have original architectural plans of a residential house dating from the 1970s, currently available as scanned PDF files.

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD drafter to accurately redraw the complete existing plans.

This is NOT a redesign project. The objective is to reproduce the original architectural plans as accurately as possible in a clean, modern CAD format.

Requirements:

* Accurately redraw all floor plans from the original PDF
* Reproduce ALL dimensions shown on the original plans
* Reproduce wall thicknesses, doors, windows, stairs, openings and room layouts
* Reproduce relevant annotations and architectural details
* Use proper and logical AutoCAD layers
* Draw everything at the correct real-world scale
* I will provide known real-world measurements to verify the scale
* If any dimension or element is unclear, please ask rather than guess

IMPORTANT:
The DWG must contain genuine, editable CAD geometry. I do NOT want an automatic PDF-to-DWG conversion or a PDF simply embedded into AutoCAD.

Final deliverables:

1. Fully editable AutoCAD DWG file(s)
2. Clean, high-resolution PDF plans suitable for printing
3. Correct dimensions and scale
4. Professional architectural presentation

Accuracy is more important than speed.

When applying, please provide examples of similar work, preferably projects where you recreated old, scanned or PDF architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
