Redesigning Pagan-Events Website

We invite bids from suitable Freelancers to re-write the www.pagan-events.org.uk website. All the backend, PHP, processing will be providing by our staff, your job will only be to produce the HTML, CSS, and, possibly, Javascript files. No Wordpress! The current sections of Pagan Events should remain the same but the 'Links' section will be split into several classifications but the only real change will be that a subset of links will be provided depending on the user's selection. The site must be responsive so that it adapts to various screen sizes, e.g. mobile 'phones, tablets and desktop screens.

This project is for individual Freelancers only. Bids from companies, including "groups" or "teams" will be rejected.

I am not permitted to discuss budgets, bidders need to quote their best, fixed, price for the job and give an approximate, realistic, timescale.

For ethical reasons, we cannot consider bids from freelancers based in or having connections to -
The USA;
Israel;
Malaysia;
Russia;
or Singapore.
