* User-friendly content management system allowing our team to update text, images and pages
* Unlimited design revisions before formal design approval. If unlimited revisions are unavailable, please specify the number included.
* Contact and quotation-request forms
* WhatsApp and telephone click functionality
* Social media integration
* Mobile, tablet and desktop compatibility
* Cross-browser testing
* Basic website security configuration

SEO and performance requirements:

* Minimum Google PageSpeed Insights mobile performance score of 90/100 at launch for the Home, Services and Contact pages
* SEO-friendly website structure
* Page titles and meta descriptions
* XML sitemap and robots.txt configuration
* 301 redirects for relevant existing URLs
* Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console setup
* Conversion tracking for form submissions, WhatsApp clicks and telephone clicks
* Image and database optimization

Hosting, backup and ownership:

* The domain and GoDaddy hosting accounts will be owned and controlled directly by Tholmann DMCC.
* Daily automated website and database backups with a minimum 30-day retention period must be configured.
* Tholmann DMCC must receive full ownership and administrative access to the domain, hosting, DNS, WordPress dashboard, website files, database, source files and backups.
* All themes, plugins, fonts and images must be legally licensed for commercial use.
* The completed website must not permanently depend on the developer’s account, server or licence.

Training and post-launch support:

* Website management training for our team after completion
* Written instructions or a recorded training session
* Please specify the post-launch bug-fixing and technical support period included in your price.
* Please provide a separate annual maintenance quotation covering WordPress, theme and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, restoration and technical support.

Please include the following information in your proposal:

1. Your total fixed project price and a detailed list of inclusions and exclusions
2. Estimated project timeline and milestones
3. Payment schedule
4. Number of initial design concepts and revision rounds
5. Post-launch support period
6. Annual maintenance cost
7. Any recurring plugin, theme or licence costs
8. Links to at least three comparable corporate websites you have personally designed and developed
9. Confirmation of whether you will complete the project personally or involve other developers
10. Your availability for online meetings and progress updates

The final payment should be linked to successful testing, completion of the agreed scope and formal acceptance of the live website.
