Redesign and Publish 7-Page NGO Website

I am looking for a freelancer to redesign and publish a 7-page website for my non-governmental organization, Meso Caring Centre. The content, domain, and logo are already prepared. The task involves improving the design of the website on Google Sites to make it visually appealing and professional while ensuring it is ready for publishing. Ideal skills include web design expertise, experience with Google Sites, and an understanding of NGO branding.
