Reddit Social Media Specialist – Research & Community Engagement

We are looking for an experienced Reddit Social Media Specialist to support Reddit research, community engagement, and ongoing platform activity.

REQUIRED: You MUST already own a Reddit account with 2,000+ karma

This is a mandatory requirement.

Please do not apply if you do not currently have your own Reddit account with 2,000+ total karma.

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands Reddit, its communities, rules, culture, and engagement patterns.

What You'll Do
Research relevant Reddit communities and discussions
Identify relevant conversations, topics, and opportunities for engagement
Participate naturally in relevant communities using your established Reddit account
Monitor community discussions and trends
Provide insights and reports on Reddit activity
Help identify which types of content and discussions generate engagement
Follow subreddit-specific rules and community guidelines
Maintain a consistent and authentic Reddit presence
Track relevant discussions and activity over time
Requirements
You MUST own an established Reddit account with 2,000+ karma
Proven experience actively using Reddit
Good understanding of Reddit culture and subreddit communities
Strong English communication skills
Ability to research and identify relevant discussions
Understanding of Reddit rules and community guidelines
Ability to work independently and follow a defined process
Reliable and consistent availability

Your Reddit account must already exist and have 2,000+ karma at the time of application.

We are not looking for someone to create a new Reddit account from scratch.

This role is primarily focused on research, community understanding, and legitimate organic engagement.
