Reddit & Social Content Growth

The task is to take full ownership of our Reddit, Instagram and TikTok channels, building genuine engagement around fintech, personal finance and property for a UK-based audience.

Reddit will be the primary focus: identifying high-potential subreddits, crafting conversation-starting posts, respecting each community’s rules and culture, then nurturing discussion so it feels organic rather than promotional. Thoughtful comment replies and low-key AMAs should convert curiosity into followers for our brand profile.

To support Reddit, short-form videos and sharp written posts will be published across Instagram Reels and TikTok. I will supply brand guidelines, value-prop talking points and raw product footage; you will script, edit and caption two to three punchy clips per week, plus create complementary post copy that drives viewers into the Reddit conversation or directly to our site. Strong English is essential because the tone must feel distinctly “UK money chat” rather than generic finance advice.

Results matter. Expect to set growth targets, track KPIs such as new subreddit subscribers, upvote ratios, watch-through rates and click-throughs, and present a concise performance report every fortnight. Independence is key—there will be no daily hand-holding, only clear goals and feedback loops.
