Reddit Community Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced Reddit Community Manager to help manage Reddit engagement for our brand.

The role involves finding relevant Reddit discussions, understanding the context of each conversation, and posting helpful, natural, and relevant comments that contribute genuine value to the discussion. The focus will be on exploring relevant topics and identifying opportunities that align with our brand.

This is not a spam-commenting or mass-posting job. We want someone who understands Reddit communities, subreddit rules, Reddit etiquette, and how to build credibility through authentic participation.

Responsibilities include:
- Researching and exploring relevant Reddit posts and discussions aligned with target topics.
- Writing thoughtful, useful, and natural comments that contribute value to conversations.
- Engaging in appropriate subreddits while adhering to each community's rules.
- Managing and maintaining positive Reddit account activity.
- Monitoring responses and engaging accordingly when necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous experience with Reddit community management or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of subreddits, Reddit culture, etiquette, and guidelines.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Ability to write human-sounding, authentic comments that match the tone of specific subreddits.
