I’m building RedBus Pro, a browser-based transit booking platform that should feel every bit as slick and dependable as the big commercial sites. The vision is clear; now I need it coded.
Core scope for this phase
• A lightning-fast route search that lets passengers filter only by travel date and by bus type.
• An interactive seat-picker that renders each coach layout in real time and lets one passenger grab several seats in a single booking.
• A state-managed checkout flow whose data survives page reloads, supports step-by-step validation, and ends with a mocked payment confirmation so we can later drop in a live gateway.
At this stage the only live user role is Passenger, so keep the code extensible yet hide anything not passenger-facing for now.
Acceptance criteria
• Search results return within ±300 ms on local data.
• Seat-picker prevents double bookings and enforces capacity rules.
• Checkout state re-hydrates after a refresh and expires after a configurable timeout.
• Code is clean, modern (React/Vue/Angular + state store), fully linted, unit-tested, and pushed to a private Git repo with clear commits.
If this build matches your skillset, let’s agree on the exact stack and get moving.
