We’re looking for someone who knows how to attract the right people—not just generate applications.

Our growing U.S.-based brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to help us build a reliable production team.

What you’ll do:

* Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
* Create and optimize job advertisements
* Identify qualified candidates through social media, job boards, communities, and other channels
* Improve candidate engagement and response rates
* Screen applicants and help identify strong candidates
* Build a repeatable recruitment process as we grow

What we’re looking for:
Someone creative, proactive, resourceful, and experienced in finding talent beyond simply posting jobs. You should understand what makes candidates stop, trust a company, and apply.

Ideal experience: Recruitment, talent acquisition, social recruiting, staffing, sourcing, or hiring for small/growing businesses.

Goal: Help us find the right people and build a dependable production team.
