We are looking for recruitment agencies, independent recruiters, and recruiter teams in Colombia and Venezuela to support our ongoing remote hiring needs.
About the Partnership
We are looking for recruitment partners with experience in:
Candidate sourcing
Initial screening
High-volume recruitment
Customer service, chat support, BPO, or similar roles
Candidate follow-up and coordination
Our goal is to build long-term recruitment partnerships with reliable recruiters who can consistently provide qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for:
Sourcing candidates through relevant recruitment channels
Conducting initial candidate screening
Checking basic communication and role requirements
Providing candidates with the necessary job information
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinating qualified candidates with our internal team
We provide the necessary recruitment materials, screening guidelines, and process information.
Compensation
$30 per successful hire during the first month
$15–$40 per successful hire after the first month
Ongoing hiring opportunities
Long-term partnership potential
A successful hire is a candidate who completes the required onboarding/training process and remains active for the required period.
There is no hourly or fixed base payment under this partnership structure.
Ideal Partner
We are looking for recruiters or teams who:
Are based in Colombia or Venezuela
Have previous recruitment or talent-sourcing experience
Can work independently and manage candidate follow-up
Have access to reliable sourcing channels
Can support ongoing candidate volume
Communicate consistently and professionally
Our current target is approximately 10–15 successful hires per week, with the possibility of scaling depending on performance and hiring needs.
