I will be exhibiting at the World Ag Expo, February 9-11 2027, at the International Agri Center in Tulare, California, and I need a single professional who can smoothly interpret between English throughout the three show days. (Recruiting an English Translator for Trade Shows)

You will spend the full show schedule with me (9 AM – 5 PM daily) at booth level, helping to:
• engage visitors, explain our products, and record key questions or leads
• sit in on ad-hoc or pre-arranged business meetings, ensuring nothing is lost in translation
• guide me around the halls when I step away from the stand so I can network efficiently

A background in sales, customer service, and general trade-show etiquette is important because I want the interpreter to double as a friendly, knowledgeable extension of my team—someone who can keep conversations flowing and make every guest feel welcome.

If you are confident working in both languages on the spot, understand the rhythm of busy exhibitions, and are available for the full event (plus a short briefing the evening before), please tell me about your relevant experience and any similar ag-industry or B2B trade-show work you have done.
