Recruiter for Agency Launch

I’m in the middle of launching a brand-new recruitment agency and need a seasoned recruiter who can jump in immediately and run the full hiring cycle for our very first clients. Your day-to-day will revolve around sourcing promising entry-level talent, mainly through LinkedIn and the leading job boards, then guiding each applicant through screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and final onboarding.

Because we’re a start-up, the role is wider than pure sourcing: you’ll also field candidate questions, keep everyone informed on next steps, and make sure each new hire has a smooth first week. If you already work comfortably with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and a lightweight ATS, you’ll feel right at home here. Strong written updates, quick turnarounds, and a knack for balancing candidate experience with client expectations are essential.

By the end of each hiring round I expect a concise report of outreach numbers, interview progress, and confirmed starts so we can fine-tune the process together. If you thrive on building workflows from scratch and can secure quality entry-level hires without needing hand-holding, let’s talk.
