Recruit UX Survey Participants

I’m getting ready to run user-experience research on a brand-new AI mobile app aimed at the general public, and I need help finding the right people to take part.

What I need you to do
• Source and screen participants who match a broad “everyday user” profile—different ages, genders, locations, and tech skill levels are all welcome so long as they own a smartphone.
• Manage the entire recruiting pipeline, from outreach to scheduling, so that I end up with a reliable list of respondents ready to take part in remote surveys and questionnaires.
• Deliver at least 30 qualified participants (open to your recommendation on final sample size) along with their demographic details and confirmed availability.

Research method
• Surveys and questionnaires will be the sole method for this round of discovery work; no focus groups or interviews are planned right now.

Objective
By gathering real-world feedback through these surveys, I want clear insights into how everyday users discover, understand, and interact with AI features in a mobile setting. Your recruiting accuracy is crucial, because these findings will guide our onboarding flow and feature roadmap.

Acceptance criteria
1. Participant list meets the requested demographic spread and is delivered in a spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheets).
2. Every participant has confirmed consent and contact information.
3. Drop-out rate kept below 10% between recruitment and survey completion.
