Recruit Participants for AI Study in Netherlands/Belgium

I need a self-sufficient recruiter who can quickly locate and onboard participants for a fully remote data-collection study that supports AI language technologies.
Location requirement: This project is strictly for participants located in the Netherlands or Belgium. Candidates must be able to recruit people who currently live in one of these two countries. Applications without relevant local experience or reach will not be considered.
Scope of work
• Identify and contact a high volume of candidate leads through any channels that work best—social media outreach, job boards, networking events, or other creative approaches. I’m flexible on the mix as long as it delivers results.
• Screen each prospect to confirm they meet our basic requirements and bring relevant exposure to AI automation or AI-enhancing tasks.
• Coordinate introductions and onboarding with my internal project team.

Deliverables
1. Vetted participant list with contact details.
2. Brief screening notes for every person approved.
3. Concise weekly report summarising outreach numbers, response rates, and next-step actions.
