Recreate Notes into Styled PDF

I have a set of scanned notes that I need turned into a clean, searchable PDF which looks and reads just like the originals. Every heading in the source pages must be recognised and styled consistently so the finished document is easy to navigate. All content is in English, and I want the overall page layout—margins, line breaks, indents, even small spacing quirks—preserved so that someone familiar with the paper version feels no difference when viewing the digital file.

You are free to use OCR, manual typing, InDesign, LaTeX, or any tool of your choice, as long as the final PDF:

• Mirrors the original formatting page-by-page
• Has properly tagged headings for future editing or automatic TOC generation
• Is fully searchable, with zero transcription errors
