Recreate Karnataka SR in Excel

I have six scanned Karnataka Schedule of Rates (SR) documents that must be turned into clean, fully editable Excel soft copies. Each SR needs its own spreadsheet created directly from the images—no merging into a single workbook. The final files should mirror the originals as closely as possible: same column order, headings, spacing, and any multi-row titles or footnotes that appear on the scans.

Source material arrives only as TIFF/PDF images, so every figure and description will have to be keyed in accurately. Please keep the page sequence intact and follow the original fonts, column widths, and border styles so users familiar with the printed SRs feel immediately at home when they open the Excel versions.

Deliverables
• Six separate Excel files, one per SR, faithfully replicating the scanned layout
• Zero transcription errors in item codes, descriptions, units, or rates
• Consistent formatting across all sheets (heading fonts, alignment, borders)
