Reckon One Daily Bookkeeping

I need daily data entry and reconciliation completed in Reckon One for my service-based business. Each business day the previous day’s bank feeds, sales, expenses and any miscellaneous transactions must be entered, correctly coded and fully reconciled so that all ledgers match the live bank balance before the next morning.

Deliverables each day
• All new transactions entered and categorised in Reckon One
• Bank, credit-card and PayPal feeds reconciled to a zero difference
• Brief note in the system if anything is unclear or requires my review

Acceptance criteria
The dashboard and reconciliation reports must show no outstanding items, and balances must agree with the external statements I supply. Any queries should be flagged within 24 hours so they can be resolved quickly.

I already have bank feeds connected and will provide secure, limited-access login plus a short onboarding video that explains my chart of accounts. Consistent accuracy and the ability to keep to a strict daily schedule are more important to me than speed.
