Realistic Vector Art Illustrations

I'm seeking a skilled artist to create fantasy illustrations for merchandise (examples- dragons, creatures I have created, some Dungeon Crawler Carl-specific pieces). These illustrations will be used on acrylic, wood, and leather pieces, as well as some apparel and stickers. I am really trying to get away from using AI now that I’m learning more about it, but I cannot draw for the life of me.

Requirements:
- Realistic style (mostly)
- Medium size (6-12 inches)
- Experience with various materials (acrylic, wood, leather, etc.)

Ideal Skills:
- Strong illustration portfolio
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
