Realistic Laffy Team Illustration

I need a polished digital illustration that captures my 15 teammates’ faces rendered in a realistic style and arranged randomly around the single word “laffy.” Think vibrant, poster-quality artwork that we can use both online and in print.

Faces should be recognisable likenesses, not caricatures, and each one must integrate naturally into the scattered composition so the eye always comes back to the central text. I’ll supply clear reference photos for every teammate as soon as we start.

Deliverables
• High-resolution (min. 4000 × 4000 px, 300 dpi) PNG or JPEG suitable for print and web
• Layered source file in PSD, Procreate, or AI so we can tweak colours or swap faces later

Once the first draft is in, we’ll do a quick feedback round to fine-tune skin tones, lighting, and spacing. After approval, you hand over the final files and we’re set.
