Realistic Athlete Apparel Art

League license authorized apparel brand looking for illustrators who can capture athletes in high-energy, in-motion moments and then turn those sketches into print-ready tee designs. Every piece usually include portrait plus action scene, which also include city, team name, team logo, the player’s name, and sometimes with inspirational slogan or nicknames.

Here’s how I see our collaboration working:

• You sketch the athlete (pencil, digital, or a mix—your call) in a dynamic game moment.
• Once approved, you shift into graphic-design mode: blend in the official team logo, stylise the player’s name, and lay in the catchphrase so the whole composition reads powerfully on the chest of a shirt or hoodie.
• Final files come to me as layered AI or PSD plus a print-ready 300 DPI transparent PNG, sized around 12–14" wide in CMYK.

I plan to release fresh designs throughout the season, so I’m after a long-term partner who can hit clear deadlines, iterate quickly on feedback, and keep artwork consistent across multiple athletes and teams. Please share a link to relevant portfolios—especially any realistic sports illustrations already living on apparel—along with your typical turnaround time and per-design rate. If you use Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar, let me know; vector capability is a big plus for screen printing.
