Real-Time Motorcycle Fleet Tracking

I need a cloud-based GPS solution for a fleet of motorcycles that lets me:

• watch each bike’s live position on a map,
• see current speed and estimated fuel level,
• receive instant notifications when a rider crosses a geofence or exceeds a preset speed limit.

Updates must appear every few seconds and alerts should reach me (push, email, or SMS) in under 30 seconds. Trip history, CSV/PDF reporting, and a simple way to add or remove bikes are also essential.

I’m open to your recommended stack—Traccar, GPSWOX, custom Node/React, or another proven platform—as long as the code and setup are fully documented so my in-house team can maintain it later. If hardware is required, please suggest GPS devices that work reliably in my region.

Deliverables
• Live demo tracking at least two motorcycles with real-time location, speed, and fuel readings
• Web dashboard with user management, geofence creation, alert rules, and exportable reports
• Configured alert system for geofence breaches and speeding, tested end-to-end
• Step-by-step deployment guide, source code, and configuration files

Acceptance criteria
Data refresh ≤ 10 s, alert latency ≤ 30 s, and six-month data retention without loss.
