Essential elements I always need:
• Text overlays with the key property details (address, beds/baths, square footage, price, and any special features)
• Royalty-free background music that fits a calm, upscale mood and is properly mixed so narration or natural ambience can still be heard
• Smooth transitions that glide the viewer from room to room without distracting wipes or gimmicks

Typical workflow: I’ll share 4K clips via Google Drive along with a brief shot list and the property specs. You trim, colour-grade, stabilise where needed, add the overlays and music, then deliver a final 4K MP4 plus an editable Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) project file. Turnaround is usually three days per property.
