Real Estate Showcase Video Editing

I have a full set of raw clips for a residential listing and need them shaped into a polished, professional-and-informative property showcase. The finished piece should clearly guide viewers through the interior, exterior, and every unique feature that sets the home apart.

Here’s what I’m after: smooth sequencing that feels like a guided tour, clean color correction, balanced audio with a light background track, and tasteful on-screen text or lower-thirds to call out room names, square footage, and standout amenities. Think crisp Premiere Pro or Final Cut edits, with optional After Effects motion graphics for subtle map pins or logo stings—nothing flashy, just refined and trustworthy.

Key deliverables
• Final HD (or higher) video in both landscape and vertical formats
• One social-media teaser (≤30 sec) cut from the main edit
• Source project files and licensed music references

I’ll supply: raw footage, branding assets, and a rough shot list. You handle the editing flow, color grade, audio mix, simple graphic elements, and export. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions about the footage or style.
