I need a full-stack team to create a production-ready real-estate platform consisting of a responsive website plus companion iOS and Android apps. Core flow is straightforward: users sign up, complete KYC, list or browse properties, and pay online when they close a deal.
Key functionality
• Robust property search and filtering so buyers can narrow results by location, price, size and other common fields.
• User-generated reviews and ratings on both properties and agents to build trust.
• Secure account creation with a step-by-step KYC process (photo ID upload, selfie match, basic AML checks).
• Integrated payment gateway for reservation fees and service charges—transactions must settle instantly and be traceable in the admin panel.
Tech flexibility
I’m open to modern stacks—Flutter or React Native for the mobile apps, and a scalable backend in Node, Django, Laravel or similar. Whichever stack you pick, please outline how you’ll handle data encryption, image hosting and push notifications. A clean REST or GraphQL API is expected so web and mobile stay in sync.
Timeline
The whole solution should go live within a month, so please propose a milestone plan covering design, development, QA and app-store submissions.

1. Fully responsive web portal, ready for hosting.
2. Native-like iOS and Android apps published under my developer accounts.
