Real Estate Photo & Video Editing

I have a steady flow of property photos and short walkthrough clips that need to look crisp, inviting, and market-ready. On the photo side, I will send batches that require precise color correction, natural-looking sky replacement, the occasional object removal (wires, bins, signage), and full virtual staging when the rooms are empty. Some shots may also call for light virtual renovation touches—think updated floors or fresh wall colours—so your skill with realistic composites is important.

For video, I typically receive 1–3-minute handheld clips straight from camera. I need them stabilized, colour-matched to the final photos, trimmed for pacing, and finished with simple transitions and a branded title card. No complex motion graphics—clean, professional, MLS-friendly edits are the goal.

Deliverables per project:
• Final retouched JPEGs in both high-resolution and MLS-compressed sizes
• A polished MP4 (H.264), 1080p, ready to publish
• Source files (PSD or layered TIFF for photos; Premiere/Resolve/FCP project for video) so I can request tweaks if needed

I work in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Premiere Pro, so compatibility there is ideal, but open to Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut as long as the exports meet spec.
