Real Estate Home Tour Video Editor

I shoot a steady stream of property walkthroughs and now need a reliable editor to turn that raw footage into polished 5-10 minute home-tour videos. All source files will be waiting for you in a neatly organised Google Drive folder; you just download, edit, then send back the finished piece.

What I’m after is straightforward but must look professional: trim the clips for the smoothest flow, apply clean cuts or subtle transitions where they keep the pace lively, and overlay clear, branded text and graphics. Typical call-outs include the property address, room names, square footage, feature highlights and a tasteful lower-third with my contact details. No colour grading or heavy VFX are required—just confident storytelling and on-brand visuals.

Please return each project as an H.264 MP4 in 1080p (plus the editable project file in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve if you use one). If you can also export a 30-60 second vertical teaser for social media, let me know; that would be a useful add-on.
